We need your input to gather information which will be used to plan next year's Studio Tour. Please answer all questions as accurately as possible; information will be averaged for tour demographics. Results will be available to each person who completes and returns the form. This work will be done by the Planning Committee members (volunteers). This is an open committee--care to help?
